I trained to be a home inspector for the past 37 years.  I was involved in home construction for 34 years prior to home inspection, giving me the experience and knowledge to understand each and every component of a home and associated interrelationships.  In 2014, I earned my initial certification from InterNACHI. I continue to train with InterNACHI earning the certifications needed to offer ancillary services like: Radon Testing, Water Testing, Chimney Inspection, Energy Loss Analysis, Four Point Inspection, Green Certification, Mold and Asbestos Inspection, Lead Paint Testing, Thermal Image Analysis, and more.  

I have built over 250 house frames, finished over 100 basements, built over 75 decks, installed over 50 structural wood floors, sided over 30 houses, built over 20 additions, shingled over 15 houses, and the list could go on and on.  What is the point?  I passed every inspection!

What makes me unique?  I am also an Applied Mathematician and Math Analyst who enjoys solving tough and challenging applied problems.  The combination of my experience, love for learning and enjoyment for problem-solving gives me a unique perspective when examining your future home.

I offer frequent discounts for clients who order multiple services, so it is likely that my quote is less than my prices listed on my 2018 price sheet.
